When I first visited Africa, I expected to be a visiting professor at established seminaries.
Instead, I found myself sitting under a tree with pastors who had ridden bicycles for hours just to learn Scripture.
That changed everything.
These dedicated servants weren't looking for fancy degrees - they needed practical biblical training they could immediately apply in their communities.
Since then, we have watched these pastor's churches multiply in size and impact. It is truly remarkable.
We have also gone on to support above 500 students in the Word Academy and Ebenezer Children's Home.
