In a world teeming with challenges, false hope, and faulty doctrine, the need for well-trained pastors has never been more critical.

The value of training extends far beyond mere knowledge acquisition; it’s about equipping faithful men and women to teach, shepherd, and lead with maturity in character and discipleship.

The Global Crisis of Faulty Doctrine

Across the globe, weak churches are often the product of faulty doctrine, rendering them ineffective in serving their congregations.

This is especially clear in places like Africa, where a scarcity of sound theological education leads many to grasp at whatever resources they can find, often falling prey to false teachings and flawed theology.

This results in churches that struggle in a culture dominated by false religion.

Why Train Leaders?

The impact of well-trained leaders is transformative.

They are the ones who care for, protect, teach, and shepherd God’s people, guiding them to find peace and joy in His word.

By dedicating time, effort, and resources to training indigenous leaders, we invest in the lives of countless individuals who will be touched by their ministry.

A Call to Action

The need is urgent, and the time to act is now.

By supporting organizations like EmPowered Living International and investing in pastoral training, we can equip faithful leaders to strengthen churches, transform communities, and spread the gospel to the ends of the earth.
