Last year, we shared a “divine nudge” with you that felt a little crazy at the time. We asked you to help us double our goal—moving from 160 children to 320.

And you showed up.

Because of your incredible generosity, 320 children in Kenya walked into school last year with the uniforms, shoes, and supplies they needed to learn with dignity.

It is school-time again and these same 320 children (and more!) are looking to us again.

When these children are given this practical support, they don’t just enroll; they stay in school and they succeed.

Our goal for 2026 is to sustain that momentum: $8,000 to keep 320 children in school.

Is it still an ambitious goal? Yes. But we’ve seen what this community can do when we move together.

The Deadline: September 23rd. That’s when the new term begins. We need to have every uniform fitted and every kit ready before the first bell rings.

Here is how your gift changes a life this year:

  • $25 = Keeps one child in school with all their essential supplies

  • $75 = Supports three children for the entire year

  • $250 = Equips an entire classroom of 10 children

  • $800 = Supports a whole grade of 32 children

By removing these financial barriers, you are making the promise of education real for these families. You are ensuring that a child’s potential isn’t limited by the clothes on their back or the supplies in their bag.

We’d love to hear from you—what is one “nudge” you’ve followed in your own life that ended up making a bigger impact than you expected? Hit reply and let us know!

With gratitude,

Dr. Daniel & Mary Beth Gilbert
